The game
You enter the world as a hatchling weighing a few kilos, on an island that stretches over three kilometres of jungle, rivers, mangroves and volcanic rock. Every minute you survive makes you bigger. Every mistake could be your last.
Play a carnivore and learn to stalk, to track and to pick your prey wisely. Play a herbivore and discover that the herd, sharp ears and horns are worth more than speed. No classes, no levels: just hunger, thirst, instinct and time.
01 Grow
Your dinosaur grows with the real time you spend connected and alive. Hatchling, juvenile, sub-adult, adult: every stage changes your size, your strength and, above all, who can eat you. Go hungry or thirsty and growth stops.
02 Fight
Carnivores stalk; herbivores graze, keep watch and fight back. A well-placed bite opens a wound that will not stop bleeding. A badly judged fall leaves you with a broken leg, limping towards the river. Here, wounds matter, and bodies rot where they fall.
03 Endure
Every dinosaur carries a genome with heritable mutations. Court, mate, build a nest and guard the eggs until they hatch. Hatchlings inherit the best — and the worst — of their parents, and another player can be born from your nest. With the skin editor, your bloodline is recognisable at a glance.
Living world
Foggy dawns, storms without warning, nights you can barely see through. Trees come crashing down, rivers hide crocodiles, and you can swim… if you dare.
Species
Five playable species, each with its own way to survive. Real in-game renders.
Ambush predator
Fast, lethal and patient. Its sickle claws open wounds that keep on bleeding: strike, fall back and let the blood trail do the rest.
Default growth time, in minutes of connected, alive play. Each server can tune it.
Ecosystem
The island does not wait for you. Wildlife grazes, flees, hides and dies whether anyone is watching or not.
Goats, boars, junglefowl, fish and crabs. Fast food for a hatchling that cannot take on anything bigger yet.
AI-driven groups of humans set up camps, wander, flee or fight. To a hungry carnivore, they are prey too.

No. Island Survivor runs right in your browser. We recommend an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Firefox with WebGL2 and, ideally, a dedicated graphics card. The game adapts its graphics quality to your machine.
No. This is early access: expect bugs, server resets and balance changes. What you play and tell us shapes the game.
Yes. If you would rather play alone, or no server is available, you can enter the island offline with the same wildlife, weather and survival rules.
Up to 20 per world. There are regional servers, and you can check their population and ping before joining.
With the real time you spend connected and alive. Depending on the species, reaching adulthood takes between 1 and 3.5 hours of play by default. If you are starving or dehydrated, growth stops.
Your account, skins and statistics are global. Each server keeps its own world and your character in it.
For now the game is designed for computers with keyboard and mouse. This website works on any device: save or share the link and play when you are at your computer.
